DSquared2 is probably one of the more eccentric designers in terms of taking their inspirations very literally. This season's inspiration is The Wilderness/Camping (obviously).......which seems to be a sort of an evolution of the Geek Chic trend the seems to be sweeping the fashion industry. The boys were clad in camouflage and fishing inspired attire, sporting geek-ish glasses, and the occasional band aid. Though i have to admit that sometimes the Caten twins can go a bit overboard when drawing their inspiration from something that it turns into a cliché, DSquared2 was one of the first designers/brand that i fell in love with............and any designer that sends Simon Nessman down the runway, shirtless is fine with me :]
